Diner neon sign "Open All Night".
Waitress pouring coffee,
And her hair's just right,
But her thoughts are somewhat windblown..

Little sugar, little cream
For that everyday dream.

Someplace east, closer to the sea.
She looks down at her hand where the ring used to be.

But the price is worth the horizon.

The oldest tucks the young one in,
But they'll all be asleep when Mama walks in,
